1. Registration. This form sends a preregistration request by email. The registration is only confirmed later by the organiser, after availability and any required payment have been handled by email.
2. Accuracy of information. The team captain, parent, or guardian confirms that the information provided is accurate and that each participant is allowed to take part in the event.
3. Responsibility. Each participant takes part under their own responsibility, or under the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian for minors. The association declines responsibility for injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
4. Sporting spirit. Unsporting, violent, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour towards organisers, volunteers, opponents, participants, or spectators may lead to exclusion from the event.
5. Organisation. The final format, schedule, rules, team allocation, and court allocation may be adjusted by the organiser depending on registrations and logistical constraints.
6. Personal data. The information submitted is used only to organise the tournament and communicate with participants or their parents/guardians.
7. Image rights. Photos or videos may be taken during the event for association communication. Any objection should be communicated to the organiser in advance.
